PRODUCTION
Square Baklava carries out production with great care, without losing control at every stage from raw material selection to reaching the consumer.
It trains its baklava craftsmen from a young age, and experiences a training process from apprenticeship to mastery, just like a school.
Food Engineers work within the company to ensure that all the products it manufactures reach you, the consumers, with the same quality. It takes care to collect the raw materials in their own season, select them carefully and keep them fresh. The products produced by the hands of its skilled craftsmen are baked in stone ovens and sweetened with natural sugar syrup produced from sugar beet. Products determined to have reached Kare Baklava standards in terms of taste and quality are brought together with the consumer.
No additives that may negatively affect human health are used in its products, and meticulous attention is paid to personnel and production area hygiene.
Kare Baklava produces and sells its products in its 5-storey facility with an area of 2000 m2 under hygienic conditions.
In the presentation and packaging of the completed products, 80% chemical-free R&D studies belonging to our company are used in order to store the product longer and to prevent it from being affected by adverse weather conditions.
